How much important rhythm is ? And about Spirituality.

Many parents often ignore a rhythmic life for their children. Especially the unschooling families. The other day I met an unschooling family who took pride in letting their child sleep till 11 am in the morning in the name of freedom and unschooling. And they were very proud of their open learning journey. But what they didn’t notice is the severe disturbance the child is suffering from. Many parents make mistakes of choosing the opposite life after realising the damages of mainstream which has it’s own damages.

Without proper rhythm the child’s mind and body gets disturbed. The damage is immense. Most parents who visit me for their children’s health (especially mental health) have to do with no proper rhythm.

Imagine son β˜€οΈ and moon πŸŒ• were also unschooled and  didn’t follow a rhythm !! πŸͺ˜.

In nature everything is seasonal and rhythmic. Even the πŸ¦‰ owl has its own rhythm.

By incorporating proper rhythm you will immediately notice the  improvements in children’s health. If children are hyper active you will notice they become calmer. A parent came to me with several behavioral issues. After close inspection I found that most of these issues are not in child temperament but it’s an expression of the suffering because of constipation. After adopting a rhythmic life and working the right diet and timings, not only constipation disappeared but also many behavioural issues which were tagged as bad in the current social construct.

Spirituality

Another big challenge I see is the lack of spirituality and spirituality experiences in parents. Looks like most people have become numb towards it. I feel it’s mainly because of the modernity and the disconnect is largely visible more among those who are modern educated. They tend to deny everything else which they can’t comprehend through the basic 5 senses.

When I ask parents what is spirituality? Tell me about your experiences of spirituality?

They are either sort of baffled by the surprising question or they are confused with religious practices to spirituality.

Following a religious practice will definitely present you as a religious person to the outside world but it will not make you spiritual unless you attained the state of being. Religion is a wonderful tool to experience the spirituality which happens if done correctly. But these days most religious practices have been blindly followed without understanding the essence of it.

Either a religious practice or any sort of activity/practice/no activity should help you experience the spirituality/nature/existence/god. What you never experienced, you can’t ever explain.

If I say you go to the spiritual world when you sleep you still don’t understand because you can’t fully remember or explain what happens when you sleep. Because this is something you do unconsciously.

After I realised this I decided that first I should help parents to experience the spiritual world, spirituality, and finally  the ultimate i.e experience God(existence/nature).

I have designed a very scientific approach to help modern educated parents to experience and also understand intellectually.

This Parichayam meet-up I will be given this practical experience to all the participants. Once you experience it you can’t deny it.

Let’s explore Spirituality through science?
